Following a strategic merger, Volaris’ leadership team wanted to ensure they were elevating the best of their brand value. Now that their capabilities and customer base had doubled, who would they be? And to whom? And how would they know when they got there? They needed to improve their storytelling skills if they were going to truly get the best message across to their new workforce.
Second City Works hosted the Volaris team for a day-long immersion, custom designed for their brand and category. We collaboratively mapped the new brand story and identified a purpose that touches customers, employees and vendors.
