Making Compliance Videos Accessible and Digestible

The world’s largest real estate company Realogy (Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Sotheby’s, etc.) has 250,000 sales associates in 105 countries around the world. Like most Fortune 500 companies, they have a lot of risk and were looking for ways to mitigate that risk by changing the tone of the compliance conversation to be less legalese and more engaging…more relevant…more human.
